| David was very helpful in our search for and purchase of a new home. He was easy to get in touch with, courteous, professional, and worked hard to make the process as simple as possible for us. We were very picky, so he spent a lot of time sifting through listings to present to us only the homes that met our criteria. We even insisted on a particular minimum square footage for a bonus room or extra bedroom (to use as a gym), so he checked each listing for that before deciding to mention the home to us. Each time we looked at homes together, he was on time and came with two sets of hardcopies of the listings of the homes we were to see. He typically even had his car's GPS preprogrammed with the addresses of the homes we were to see. Because of all his hard work, we only had to look at 10-12 homes before we found the right one. He was helpful throughout all the pre-closing stuff, making sure we did all the right things and looking out for our interests. I'd recommend David to friends and family. In fact, I've already recommended him to my parents, who ended up, with David's help, buying a nice condo. |

| David is a terrific person to have on your side when it comes to buying and/or selling a house. He helped my husband and me buy our first house. He explained the whole process to us in extremely understandable terms. He helped us find a house within two weeks. Our house payments are less than what we were paying in rent!! He is so good at what he does, that when we went to our closing, we only had to bring $58.00. David is the person to go to if and when you want to buy or sell a house and need and want things explained in great detail. He is a very caring person and wants to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with you decision! I would definitely recommend him for any of your Real estate needs. |
